According to a report from CNBC Indonesia, Hermanto Tanoko, owner of PT Tancorp Investama Mulia, is reportedly planning to launch an IPO for one of his companies operating in the chemical sector within the next 1–2 years. The company focuses on the B2C (business-to-consumer) segment, leveraging Avian’s distribution network and engaging in the building materials industry.

Hermanto stated that the IPO would be carried out only when the company is deemed ready and has strong growth potential. If the company remains stagnant, the plan will be postponed. The main goal of this IPO is to build a competitive national company that is independent of imported products and to encourage innovation that offers added value, rather than simply following the “observe, imitate, modify” (ATM) approach.

If executed, this IPO could become one of the most anticipated in the Indonesian capital market, given the company’s promising prospects, strong distribution network, and focus on digital-driven growth.
